Malta: Still no trace of Casino robbers' speedboat

MALTA -- Police continue to search for the white speedboat that was used to rob the Casino di Venezia last Wednesday, The Times of Malta reported.

The robbery was carried out by six men and a stolen green Mitsubishi Pajero, which was driven to the waterfront to deposit the men into the fleeing speedboat, The Times of Malta said.

The car was dumped into the sea, but the whole escapade was captured on CCTV cameras, according to The Times of Malta

The amount looted may be as much as €500,000, the report noted.
